Skiing is an outdoor sport with the risk of infection far lower outdoors than indoors. We will ensure to keep the appropriate distance wherever possible and minimize personal contact at busy meeting points.

In order to avoid large crowds, we have expanded our ski school meeting grounds with clear signage for each lesson meeting point. We kindly ask all guests to wear masks, maintain a safe distance from others and request that only one Person accompany any children to their respective lessons.

We kindly ask our guests older than 6 years of age to wear a mask or FPP2 Mask in all indoor areas of the ski school. We also expect the obligatory hand disinfection when entering and leaving our premises. This also applies to our children's restaurant. All sales points and receptions will be equipped with glass protection.
A mask or similar must also be worn at all outdoor meeting points. We will be offering all our clients a BUFF (neck scarf) as an appropriate form of protection. It is also required for all guests older than 6 years to wear a mask when a distance of 1.5m cannot be held, as is it compulsory to wear a mask in the Gondula.

The ski races will continue to take place weekly without restrictions. The start intervals are optimized in order to avoid any congestion at the start and finish area. The weekly presentation will be held internally per group outdoors.

We kindly ask our guests to use our online shop, as most of our services can be booked online in the comfort of your own home. The tickets are prepared in our office, which saves you time and minimizes contact. Details (Name, Telephone Number) are required to be kept for a period of 28 days in order to allow contact tracing, afterwhich these details will be destroyed.

We offer a free cancellation option for all ski courses booked online within 72 hours before the start of the lessons.

The safety and health of our ski school team is of the utmost importance to us. In addition to correct instructions and rules of conduct, we ensure suitable accommodation and working conditions.

In the entire children’s area and in the recreation room, all guests older than 6 years must wear mouth and nose protection. To protect your children and our ski instructors, parents are not permitted in the recreation room or in ski school restaurant room.

We will do everything in our power to offer our guests a safe skiing holiday. Our top priority is always the health of all our valued guests and employees.
