Daily from Sunday to Thursday from 9 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 4:30 pm, and Friday and Saturday 9 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 4 pm

Children's and adult ski courses run parallel from 10 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 3 pm. During the main season the lunch break time can be variable.
Bambini- and snowboard courses are available from 10 am to 12 noon or 1 pm to 3 pm
Changes may occur during high season.
We kindly ask all guests to be punctual so we can start our courses on time.

Our meeting point is signposted and is located at the bottom station Unterberg, Hochkössen.

Children intermediate skiers can join a group course every day from Sunday through to Friday, adult intermediates from Monday through to Friday.
Children's beginners' classes only start on Sundays and Mondays (minimum of 5 participants).
Beginner Adult courses begin on Monday.
Can vary throughout the high seasons.

Classes for beginners and advanced courses start at 9.45!
We kindly ask our guests to be punctual so we can start our courses on time.

No! A lift ticket must be purchased in addition to the ski course.

Do beginners need a lift pass?

During the time that beginners are in the Ski school beginners’ area, no lift ticket is required. However as soon as they progress to using a lift, they require a lift ticket.
Adult beginners only require a “baby” lift ticket for the lower part of the mountain on their first day. After which we advise you speak to your instructor as to which ticket is required for the remaining days.

Group splits primarily take place according to the children's skiing ability and then their age. If your children or friends have the same skiing ability, please let us know your wishes before the splits take place on the first day. If they don’t ski the same, they will either be split into separate groups or, the better skier will be placed into the weaker group.

Yes, we offer lunch service (including food and drink). Please buy the lunch ticket prior to the commencement of course in our ski school office.

There is no cancellation or extension due to bad weather. Course time lost due to weather-related influences are not replaced.

Does a booked ski course have to run on consecutive days?

Does a booked ski course have to run on consecutive days?

Yes. As the group progresses each day it is required that all participants be present. If a day is skipped due to unforeseen circumstances, a new trial ski will take place.

How many participants are required to start/continue a group lesson?

How many participants are required to start/continue a group lesson?

There is a minimum of 5 participants to start a group lesson. If the group numbers drop below 5, the ski school reserves the right to combine groups. With less than 3 participants in a group the teaching time will be reduced.

We recommend that you pre-book lessons via our online shop. This not only saves you time, but also guarantees a place in the required course.

What are the cancellation fees?

What are the cancellation fees?

  • For cancellations up to 48 hours before the start date, receives a full refund minus a processing fee of € 20.00.
  • Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the start date, obtains a 50% refund of the amount paid minus a processing fee of € 20.00.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to course start date are non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation during the course due to illness or injury, a Doctors certificate is required to reimburse you for remaining course.

No, the half-day Bambini-ski courses is for children from 3 years of age.

Do we have half day group lessons?

We only offer half-day Bambini courses (3-4-year-old beginners), snowboarding lessons and private lessons. All other group courses are four hours per day (2hrs in the morning and 2hrs in the afternoon)!
